With more than a decade of international experience in Chinese language education, programme management, and cross-cultural collaboration across four countries, Dr. Shan Jin connects research with practice. His work focuses on Chinese language education in the UAE, education policy and curriculum, intercultural competence, and teacher development, while supporting knowledge exchange, think-tank collaboration, and China–UAE academic and institutional partnerships.
